Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred, but not required
• Open to candidates with recent experience in: Rehabilitation Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Hospital settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
• Assist nursing staff with routine clinical and non-clinical tasks
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
