You'll support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring their dignity and privacy are always maintained. Monitoring and documenting fluid and nutritional intake, alongside vital signs, will keep you engaged and connected to each resident's unique needs. With a focus on safety, you'll expertly assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts. Valid CNA certification in Oregon within first 120 days of employment.
CPR/AED required within first 120 days of employment.
