About The Position
Sims Non-Medical Home Care Agency is currently hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a one-on-one home care case located in Philadelphia, PA. This is a consistent weekend overnight position. The caregiver MUST remain awake for the entire shift. This is NOT a sleep case. Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Overnight – Awake Shift Required) Pay: $17–$18 per hour (based on experience) Additional Expectations: We are seeking mature, responsible, and dependable individuals who are serious about their work. Requirements
- Active CNA certification (REQUIRED)
- MUST be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight
- MUST remain awake for the full shift (no sleeping)
- Reliable, attentive, and professional
- Experience with overnight care preferred
- Must pass background check

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in a home setting
- Monitor client throughout the night to ensure safety
- Assist with repositioning, toileting, and overnight care needs
