About The Position
Heritage Hall is currently seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for Weekend Only opportunities at our Blacksburg, VA facility! Job Description The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents at our 60 bed facility. They assist residents with personal hygiene as well as participate in the daily care of the residents. Requirements
- Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Virginia
- Must be at least 18-years-old
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in long-term care preferred
