Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CHHA licensure.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and assist residents who need physical support.
Strong communication skills and familiarity with English.

Nice To Haves

Experience with memory care is preferred if working in specialized care areas.

Responsibilities

Assisting with daily activities like medication reminders, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
Offering emotional and social support that residents depend on.
Help with dining room assistance and laundry needs, as well as maintaining resident dignity and independence.
Following safety protocols, attending necessary training, and fostering a safe, respectful work environment.
