Identify resident problems and concerns and report them to the charge nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Professional, friendly, dependable and punctual individuals with a current CNA certification.
- Candidates for this position will possess exemplary customer service and knowledge of direct patient care.
- Complete and document ADL's of residents needs as related to care provided.
- Follow a comprehensive plan of care for individual residents.
- Proof of COVID Vaccination is required to be eligible for this position.
