Requirements

• Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to read, write, and follow directions

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and events
• Accurately complete daily charting and documentation
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
• Support resident mobility using appropriate equipment and follow individualized care plans
• Adhere to all established infection control and safety policies and procedures
