Your primary purpose is to provide routine daily nursing services that enhance the quality of life for our residents: Personalized Care: Provide daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s assessment and individualized care plan. Resident Advocacy: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Clinical Observation: Report changes in resident conditions to your supervisors to ensure proactive medical attention. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residency goals. Skill Development: Utilize our continuous training to stay current on the latest nursing standards and facility protocols. Requirements
