Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Flexible Schedule AffiniCare – Serving Care Initiatives Communities Across Iowa Location: Crestview Specialty Care, West Branch, IA About AffiniCare AffiniCare provides licensed healthcare staff to Care Initiatives’ 43 skilled nursing communities across Iowa. Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy working in multiple settings while maintaining a flexible, customizable schedule. Position Summary We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our AffiniCare team. This unique opportunity allows you to choose the hours that best fit your lifestyle, whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts. CNAs travel to multiple Care Initiatives communities within their region to provide quality resident care and assist with staffing needs.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Iowa.
- Minimum of three (3) months of verifiable CNA experience.
- Ability to travel to multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.
- Must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned facilities.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and long-term care communities.
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and personal care.
- Monitor and document resident health, safety, and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and family members.
- Travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations to support open CNA shifts.
