Requirements

A current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate.
A compassionate heart and a dedication to providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

Resident Advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and hygiene, while ensuring their dignity and comfort.
Clinical Support: Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident observations to ensure timely care.
Care Plan Implementation: Deliver personalized care based on individual resident needs and physician-directed care plans.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with nursing and therapy staff to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for everyone.
