Your Impact & Responsibilities: Person-Centered Care: Provide routine nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique assessment and care plan. Clinical Observation: Actively monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor. Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate clinical records and flow sheets to ensure the highest standards of safety. Resident Advocacy: Ensure resident safety through proper identification and immediate reporting of any incidents. Hospitality & Admissions: Prepare rooms for new admissions, welcome new residents, and assist with transfers or discharges. Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality (PHI) and perform nursing procedures with clinical excellence. Qualifications: Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification. Mindset: A compassionate, "patient-first" attitude.
