NPH is the national leader in providing medical and neurobehavioral care to patients in acute psychiatric distress. You will be joining a team of rock star staff who provide exceptional, patient-centered care and understand our patients are always our number one priority! The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports the delivery of high-quality patient care in a behavioral healthcare setting. Under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), the CNA assists patients with daily activities in alignment with their individualized care plans and performs basic patient care within the scope of practice. The CNA maintains a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
