About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents. This 13-week contract offers variable day shifts and an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-centered care environment.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Follow infection control guidelines and facility safety protocols
