Our community is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who’s ready to bring comfort, support, and a steady presence to the residents who rely on us every day. What You’ll Do As a CNA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering person-centered care. Your day may include: Responding to resident needs with patience and empathy Assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, oral care, and incontinence support Helping residents enjoy meals and stay nourished Supporting mobility — from range-of-motion exercises to safe transfers and ambulation Ensuring comfort through proper turning and positioning Taking and recording vital signs and intake/output Documenting daily care and restorative services Participating in care planning and interdisciplinary discussions Showing up reliably for your scheduled shifts — your presence matters What Makes You a Great Fit You thrive in a role where kindness and skill go hand in hand. Requirements

  • Clear, compassionate communication
  • The ability to stay calm and decisive in emergencies
  • Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
  • A genuine desire to support others with patience and dignity
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.
  • Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid CPR certificate preferred.
  • Six months experience in a long term-care environment preferred.
