About The Position

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on care and being actively involved in supporting residents throughout their daily routines. CNAs at our facility play a key role in maintaining comfort, dignity, and consistency of care in a skilled nursing environment.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• New graduates and experienced CNAs encouraged to apply
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Support nursing staff with routine care and documentation
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Build positive, professional relationships with residents and team members
