Requirements

current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)
strong attention to detail and observation skills
ability to work independently or as part of a team
reliable, flexible, and committed to resident-centered care
excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff
empathy, respect, and professionalism in every interaction
physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements

Responsibilities
