San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis. Requirements

  • Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing excellent care.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Support residents' mobility by assisting with transfers and ambulation as needed.
  • Participate in patient care planning and effectively communicate with team members regarding resident status.
  • Document care provided and assist in maintaining accurate records as required by facility policies.
