About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents during night shifts at a long-term care/assisted living facility in Richland Center, Wisconsin . The CNA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being throughout overnight hours.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused care during night shifts
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, and personal care
• Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition or concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Collaborate effectively with nursing and care team members to ensure continuity of care
