Requirements
- Active California CNA certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and dependable
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Assist residents with daily living activities in a respectful and supportive manner
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and facility standards
- Support a safe, clean, and caring environment for all residents
