White Blossom Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of California
- Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, reliability, and compassion
- Must pass background check and health screening in accordance with state regulations
Nice To Haves
- Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators
- Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory guidelines
- Create a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
- Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
- Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times
