Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Active CNA certification
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

Nice To Haves

Long-term care experience a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Open to students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
Provide compassionate support in daily routines
Follow individualized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life
Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior
Engage residents in social and recreational activities
Uphold dignity and ensure safety, comfort, and respect at all times
