Your Impact & Responsibilities: Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Clinical Support: Accurately record vital signs and other clinical measurements, reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership promptly. Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, hydration, and general comfort needs to ensure resident wellness. Safety & Advocacy: Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all infection control and facility protocols to protect our residents. Compassionate Communication: Provide respectful, person-centered care that preserves the dignity and rights of every individual in our facility. Qualifications: Licensure: Active California CNA Certification is required. Reliability: Strong attendance record and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic.
