About The Position
12-hour shifts!!!! Responsibilities: Basic Care : Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting. Mobility Assistance : Help residents move around the facility safely. Vital Signs : Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Emotional Support : Provide companionship and build trusting relationships with residents. Observation : Report any significant changes in residents' condition to nursing staff. Housekeeping : Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the applicable state.
- Compassionate and patient-focused.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
