About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Ability to work day shifts in a long-term care setting
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs
- Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks as needed
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Document patient care activities according to facility standards
