About The Position

Tice Valley Post Acute in Walnut Creek is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for both PM (3PM to 11:30PM) and AM (7AM to 3:30PM) shifts, with a specific focus on hiring for the PM Shift. The role offers a stable work environment with a 4 Days On / 2 Days Off rotating schedule, promoting work-life balance. Requirements

• Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement specific procedures and programs designed to provide the highest standard of care to our residents.
• Observe and report patient status and needs to appropriate personnel, ensuring seamless care transitions.
• Promptly answer call lights and attend to/report patient needs with compassion.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure a welcoming and organized experience.
• Serve meals and distribute/pick up meal trays, ensuring our residents are well-nourished and cared for.
