Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in good standing with the State
- Recent education or clinical hours
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A caring, dependable, team-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care and comfort
- Take and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Keep resident spaces tidy, organized, and safe
- Follow individualized care plans and complete assigned tasks professionally
