Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active CNA license in North Carolina .
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and support resident mobility.
- Strong communication skills (read, write, and speak English).
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with memory care residents preferred .
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meal support).
- Follow individualized care plans as directed by nursing supervisors.
- Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines.
- Communicate resident concerns or condition changes promptly.
- Support a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
- Uphold professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in training and staff meetings to enhance skills.
- Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
