Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit). Full-time, all shifts available. Transportation provided! Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.)
  • Prioritizes resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
  • Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being
  • Promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care
