About The Position

Requirements

  • Active California CNA certification
  • Dependable, kind, and team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for resident-centered care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute/skilled nursing setting

Nice To Haves

  • Prior SNF experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
  • Accurately document care and observations
