Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate basic nursing and personal care to residents
- Assist with mobility, transfers, toileting, dressing, feeding, and bathing
- Transport residents to and from dining and activity areas
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises
- Maintain resident rooms, clothing, and personal belongings
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Follow proper infection control, PPE, and safety procedures
- Provide post-mortem care when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care
