About The Position
Cascades at Riverwalk is growing and looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our day shift team. If you enjoy hands-on care, building meaningful connections, and being part of a dependable team-this is a great fit. Skilled nursing facilities provide 24/7 care for residents who need ongoing medical and personal support.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow state and federal care guidelines
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
- Reposition residents to ensure comfort and safety
- Support residents with meals and monitor intake/output as needed
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Help create a comfortable, respectful environment for residents
