Requirements
- Active Indiana CNA Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
- Valid Government-Issued Identification
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Genuine compassion and commitment to client dignity and safety

Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene support)
- Safe mobility and transfer assistance
- Continence and toileting support
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Medication reminders
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s behavioral support and redirection
- Fall prevention and safety monitoring
- Companionship and emotional support
- Observation and reporting of client condition changes
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Accurate daily documentation and communication with clinical leadership
