About The Position
We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help residents with mobility and transfers
- Assist with mealtime activities and feeding as needed
- Document resident care activities and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
