Clinical Observation: Report changes in resident conditions to your supervisors to ensure proactive medical attention. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residency goals. Requirements

  • Must hold a valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
