About The Position

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, including those in our long-term memory care and short-term rehab units . Requirements

• This is a 'weekend-only' schedule. You must have the availability to work every Saturday & Sunday on the PM shift
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in skilled nursing facility or intermediate care facility is ideal
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care) is helpful

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Provide personal care with dignity, respect, and empathy
• Support residents in memory care and rehab units with specialized needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
