About The Position

Every Patient. Every Family. Every Time. At Mountain Valley Hospice, what we do is personal—for the patients and families we serve, and for those of us who choose this work. We care for individuals facing serious and terminal illness, providing comfort, dignity, and support during some of life’s most meaningful moments. For those called to this work, there is nothing more important. A Different Kind of CNA Role If you’re looking for a CNA role where you can slow down, be present, and provide truly patient-centered care—this is it. At Woltz Hospice Home, you’ll care for patients in a peaceful, home-like setting designed specifically for end-of-life care. Unlike traditional healthcare environments, the focus here is not on volume—it’s on comfort, connection, and dignity. As a CNA at Woltz Hospice Home, you will provide hands-on, compassionate care to patients with serious and terminal illness. This role requires both clinical skill and emotional presence. The care you provide is not rushed—it’s intentional, respectful, and deeply meaningful. Woltz Hospice Home provides a unique environment where patients and families can focus on what matters most. Our CNAs play a vital role in creating a space of comfort, peace, and dignity during the final stages of life. At Mountain Valley Hospice, we believe hospice is about living well. If you’re looking for a role where your presence truly matters, we’d welcome the opportunity to talk with you. At Mountain Valley, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect with a diverse workforce; we make staffing decisions based on knowledge, skills and abilities.
