Requirements

Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina.
Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to providing the highest quality care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and report any changes in client health and wellbeing to the supervisor.
Provide light housekeeping and companionship to ensure a comfortable environment for clients.
Adhere to care plans and deliver personalized care for each client.
Help clients with mobility and daily living tasks to promote independence and comfort.
