Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Part Time! CNA's earn $22.50/hour + Evening and Weekend Differential. Ready to inspire others? You will provide direct care to residents. This position requires current PA CNA certification. Requirements

A graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program is required.
Current PA CNA license is required.

Responsibilities

Displays compliance with Federal, State, and local agencies as well as industry organizations, agencies and partners.
Provide direct resident care, performing basic nursing skills as assigned in accordance to current aide training curriculum.
Complete assignments in a timely manner.
Identify special resident problems, safety hazards and emergency situations and report them immediately to the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor.
Review Care Plans and perform the nursing care as outlined.
Participate in resident care conferences, and assist in the revision of the plan of care when appropriate.
Document accurately in Point Click Care and accurately complete Resident care forms.
Follow Rockhill's process for admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
Assist in the delivery of Restorative Nursing Process in accordance with Rockhill's procedures.
Adhere to all infection control procedures and process.
Participate in the orientation of new CNA's to Rockhill.
Serve on committees or special projects as directed by the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor.
Perform other related duties as directed by the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor, ADON and DON.
Adheres to the Values and Expectations statement and element of the compliance program.
Adheres to the Organizations Policies and Procedures covering Privacy and Security in Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Possess the ability to follow directives and work with an attitude of cooperation and a willingness to learn.
