About The Position
Adventist Home Assistance seeks to hire an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant for our Home Care Division who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As an Adventist Home Assistance CNA you will provide excellent personal care to clients to maximize satisfaction and follow established Plan of Care. You will maintain a safe environment in the client's home and provide medication reminders as instructed by the RN and listed on the plan of care. You will also be responsible for maintaining AHA continuing education requirements by attending mandatory staff meetings and completing required annual in-services online. Additionally, you will consult with clinical and office staff on client problems and be involved with long and short-term goals consistent with the organization's vision, mission, values, and goals.
