Requirements

Must be 16+ years old.
Caregiver or customer service preferred.
Enrollment in and successful completion of Certified Nursing Aide Program and testing. We will help train you at no cost!
Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
Excellent communications and human relation skills.
Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers.
Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed.
Ability to hear communication and communicate verbally, visually and in writing with staff and residents.
