Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) for their Green Hills location in West Liberty, Ohio. The company also offers to pay for Nursing Assistant Training Classes, including class and application fees, Ohio State test fees, and provides free books and training materials for those seeking certification.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
- Applicants must pass the state test and be active/listed on the Nurse Aide Registry in Ohio.
- Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
Responsibilities
- Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
- Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
- Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
