About The Position
Beaumont Health Care Center is currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve in a dedicated Shower Aide role . This position is ideal for a dependable, compassionate caregiver who takes pride in providing dignified, hands-on care to our residents. As a Shower Aide, you will play an important role in supporting the comfort, hygiene, and well-being of our elderly and disabled residents while helping them maintain dignity and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Passion for caring for the elderly and disabled
- Ability to work as part of a team in a skilled nursing environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with showers and personal hygiene care
- Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including shaving, oral care, nail care, meals, and hydration
- Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs
- Follow care plans and facility policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
