About The Position
UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital is a free-standing post-acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital operated jointly between UC Davis Health and Lifepoint Health. This new 58,000 square foot 52-bed hospital is the first free-standing physical rehabilitation hospital in Sacramento. The facility has all private rooms and focuses on acute rehabilitation for patients who suffer from stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, multiple trauma, amputation and other injuries or disorders. The large multidisciplinary therapy gymnasiums are outfitted with the latest therapeutic technologies, including augmented reality balance training, therapy bionics and a full body exoskeleton.
