About The Position

Hermitage Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 92-bed premier skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Owensboro, Ky. Specializing in short-term rehab and long-term nursing care, we provide rehabilitation services that consist of inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy up to six days per week. This allows many patients to return home after an acute illness or injury. Requirements

• Current Nursing Certification from state
• Current/active CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition
