About The Position
Eventide on Eighth Care Center in Moorhead, MN, is currently seeking part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the evening shift, which runs from 2:30 PM to 11 PM. This role requires a commitment to an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation, allowing for a structured two-week schedule. The position offers a competitive salary, enhanced by a $2 per hour differential for evening and overnight shifts, as well as an additional $2 weekend differential added to the base wage. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized care to residents, addressing their physical, mental, spiritual, psychological, and social needs in accordance with established nursing care procedures. You will work under the supervision and guidance of the nursing supervisor, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility, while maintaining their comfort, privacy, and dignity. In this position, you will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols, complying with health regulations, and understanding residents' rights. You will be expected to report any incidents of abuse or neglect and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents. The role may also involve documenting care provided and performing basic health checks, such as monitoring vital signs.
