About The Position

Sunshine Terrace Foundation is a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Logan, Utah. We provide compassionate, high-quality care in a safe and engaging environment. We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Nurse's Aides to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting their overall health, safety, and well-being.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in Utah preferred but not required
• Ability to become certified as a Nurse's Aide within 4 months of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care according to facility policies and care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output
• Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Report any changes in resident condition to supervising nurses
