Requirements
- Must have active state CNA/NAC licensure
- Must have active OBRA registry
Responsibilities
- Assistance with ADLs
- Showering/Bathing
- Assistance with transferring/lifting
- Feeding
- Following all tasks as assigned by licensed nurse
