About The Position
MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a limited time. Candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience are eligible for up to $2,500 (full time), while those with 1+ years of experience can receive up to $4,000 (full time). Eligible candidates must be hired into a Full or Part-time ANA/CNA position, with the bonus amount prorated for Part-time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible, and current MaineHealth member employees are also ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 6 months have passed since their employment. The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care role is situated in the Med Surg 4 (MS4) unit, which is a fast-paced 40 bed / 32 telemetry Adult Medical Surgical unit at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford, Maine. This healthcare team provides care to adult complex patient populations from a wide variety of medical-surgical services, with a concentration on post-cardiac procedure patients.
