We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients in the Albuquerque area. This role focuses on supporting patients with activities of daily living and personal care services, delivered in accordance with a physician-established plan of care. Care will be provided in the patientâs residence, requiring professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the care team. Requirements

Active CNA or MA certification
Experience providing in-home or patient-centered care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient residences
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and basic care needs
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting
Observe and report changes in patient condition in accordance with care protocols
Follow physician-directed care plans and organizational standards
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times
