Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Missouri CNA certification (required)
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel up to 60 miles on occasion from our Maryland Heights office
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

Nice To Haves

Hospice or long-term care experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.) according to the Hospice Aide Plan of Care
Document care and services provided in line with agency policies
Communicate any changes or concerns to the case manager (or designee)
Safely use durable medical equipment
Maintain accurate records of services performed and the patient’s condition
